I am a Partner, Recruiter and Career Consultant with Paradigm Staffing, a recruiting firm specializing in the public relations, marketing, communications and sales/bus dev industries. Our clients include both private and public corporations as well as agencies. We place people nationwide, at all levels, from Account Executive to CMO. I am creator and host of a weekly podcast, Fresh Blood, Killing It After 40, where we talk with people who are thriving in life about their greatest lessons. The podcast tackles the big question – How do you create your most authentic, successful and fulfilling life? Those people that you see who are just thriving in life – what are they doing to get there? The Fresh Blood podcast studies those stories, finding the core golden threads that connect - those Universal Truths. By identifying and following these universal truths, anyone can begin creating the life of their dreams regardless of what age or stage they are in. It’s never too late to embrace life to the fullest.

I am a certified Life Coach through Mindvalley. I help you take that part of life you feel unsatisfied with and help you create the life you were meant to live. Whether that is helping with your life, your career or in your relationships – both with yourself and others – I help you find the tools and understanding you need to thrive. I offer one on one and group coaching options.

I have an inherent curiosity and desire to see people happy, giving me the perfect combination for discovering key motivations and making those successful matches in my work and in life. I love developing long lasting and close relationships, always ready to help in any way possible. 

A bucket list believer, I love planning for the next exciting and fun adventure or experience. I’m always adding new ideas and checking items off the list. I love experiencing new things. My life loves include family and friends, Melody the Mini Golden Doodle, reading (I read well over 60 books a year), travel (I feel lost if there isn’t a trip to be excited about and planning for), being at the beach/lake/river, live music and dancing, meditation, personal development, comedy, playing games, making videos, learning something new and working towards my life goals.
